There are a couple annoying misprints in the kindle edition. Do you know if those ever get fixed?

The kindle version is generated by Amazon sadly so if it's a spacing issue or alignment, we have 0 control. If there are other issues, please do let me know as we can fix those and get those released which will percolate through to kindle version!
