Harry Bingham You will, one day, find out whose voice that was . . . but it may take a few books yet! And the claustrophobic stuff in the Dead House? yes, I don't have those issues - and I have, for example, done a 600 metre crawl underground, part of which was almost underwater - so when I wrote those passages, I was actually worried they weren't strong enough and worked hard to ramp them up. I think that worked! I suspect if you took a vote amongst my readers, that stuff in the cave was as scary as anything I've never done!
