Goodreads asked Victoria Wilson:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Victoria Wilson I cry al lot (just kidding). I swear like a sailor (only half-kidding). I ask God for help (I'm serious). Ultimately, I ask myself what I'm trying to say, write down the answer without caring how it reads, and see if that helps me break through the block. If this doesn't help, I'll start on another part of the story. If all of the above fails, I walk away from the PC and do something else. More often than not, a breakthrough will come to me while I'm doing something as mundane as dusting or vacuuming and I'll rush back to the PC and write for hours. I'm not a very good housekeeper; I don't know if you can tell.
