I think writer's block is an easy issue. Simply start writing. Write anything. Mary had a little lamb, it's fleece was white as snow and ..... blah, blah, blah will get your started writing. Or, pick up a book of poetry, if you are a poet, and read something. I like Sylvia Plath for example. I cannot read but a little and my mind is off writing.
