Hi, just wondered where I can ask for people to review my book on this site, can you tell me please, before I make a mistake?

If you do so, you will be considered a pest, at best. Some people will yell at you, while others will ignore you. Either way, you won't get reviews, and you might get 1 star ratings for good measure. Be careful with soliciting reviews as its not cool to do that here.
A better strategy is to join one of the review groups on Goodreads where you agree to review other authors as a way to earn your own book's review. I joined this one: https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/... . And there are others. Make certain you read all the topics in the "General" section before jumping in.
You should also join some of the groups for authors such as https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/.... There are several more--do a search. Authors discuss ways to get reviews, and what book review blogs are open to submissions, etc.

Just wondering can a review be completed if the book was not read in its entirety? As my last review I received the book was not entirely read ... so the complaint of to much info, actually resolves as the book goes on (yeah its a big galaxy so the scene is rather huge I am setting) ... but you wouldn't know that if you stopped reading???
