Goodreads asked Marge Fenelon:

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Marge Fenelon In May, 2014 I traveled to Israel with the Catholic Press Association courtesy of the Israel Ministry of Tourism as part of Pope Francis' historic Holy Land Pilgrimage. In visiting the sites, observing the Holy Father and measuring my impressions, the idea of a devotional of some kind stirred in me.

Once home, I prayed more about it. Finally, the concept of a novena surfaced. But not just any novena - a "living" novena. I wanted to take my readers with me on a trip to the Holy Land while at the same time praying for peace in our hearts, homes and the world as Pope Francis had requested. The resulting book would be part armchair pilgrimage and part devotional.

Thus, Our Lady, Undoer of Knots: A Living Novena was born.

It became a best seller and was granted a 2016 Association of Catholic Publishers Excellence in Publishing Award.
