Hi Maria! Big fan of your books!! I was reading Truthwitch (also enjoyed!) by Susan Dennard and noticed that there was a comment made by you on the book..... and it sort of inspired my question. Do you as an author have a large amount of friends who are authors...?? and if so, do you read/edit one anothers novels?? (a bad example but like people who work in an office are often friends with people who they work with)

Maria V. Snyder Hi Kaitlyn! Glad you enjoy my books! Over the years, I have made friends with fellow authors as we attend the same conferences and other events. I don't edit their work unless they need some extra help (but that's rare). Sometimes, though I get a request from an editor or agent, asking me to read a manuscript/book for a possible cover blurb (that's the comment you saw on Susan's book). Her editor reached out to me and the novel sounded interesting so I said yes and really enjoyed the story! However, through that contact, Susan emailed me to thank me for the blurb and we became email friends. :) It's a really nice community!
