I have a ritual of going to a coffee shop, ordering decaf with chocolate and almond milk(I bring my own!), playing "Creative Mind" on my iPod, bringing along my favorite journal, and pen and away I go!! Sometimes a song title inspires me, nature is an inspiration, a phrase in the paper or on the news.
