Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Tammy Seley Elliott My most recent completed novel, Billet-Doux from a Dead Prisoner, is Part II of a trilogy (The Unlikely Savior Trilogy). But oddly, the idea for the book DIDN'T come from Part I because I'd never intended to make it a series. The idea for the second book came to me while encountering a problem at a rental car agency...nothing to do with the plot of the book, but everything to do with how it starts. Then the rest of the story came to me as I drove that rental car 400 miles to my destination. Funny how that happens...
