I'd have to say Aragorn and Arwen from Lord of the Rings. Aside from just loving that story overall, the romance between the mortal man Aragorn and elf maiden Arwen really speaks to me because of the enormous sacrifice she makes for them to be together...giving up her immortality. Now that's love!!
