This might sound weird - with all the terrific and convoluted relationships there are out there in fiction-land - for me, it is Hermione and Ron ... why?
Because we see them from morph from childhood indifference, through the many manifestations of attraction, neglect, and downright cack handedness, all the way to becoming a couple.
It's a good and bad journey, well written by JK - we can sense that their ongoing relationship will be peppered with up and downs and daily duties, not to mention tragedy - but we also know they will survive this. Their bond is strong.
