Honestly? Probably Katniss and Peta from The Hunger Games. I really liked Peta's stick-to-it-iveness even when Katniss was clearly crushing on Gale. He was a steady presence and I appreciated his ability to allow Katniss enough time to figure herself out before finally being able to be with her.
