Hi Paul, i'm becoming a huge fan of you, already read A house full of ghosts and i'm currently reading Dissapearance at Devils Rock and i'm loving it, do you know a movie called Lake Mungo? it's an australian horror movie, the book really reminded me the movie, it has something to do with it?

Hi, Yomaira!
Thank you for the kind words and reads!
Oh, I love Lake Mungo. It's one of my favorite movies of recent years (that and Take Shelter would make a good double bill). With DR, I definitely tried to play with a Mungo-ian vibe. I also got inspiration from two other Aussie films, Picnic at Hanging Rock and The Snowtown Murders, and a Joyce Carol Oates short story that started me on the path to becoming a reader and writer. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the rest of the book.

hi Paul- So, I just finished "The Cabin at the End of the World" and I cannot stop thinking about this novel! Can you give me some incite into how you wanted the reader to interpret the ending? I read the book cover to cover in one day at the beach! It was so intense and well written, while also so full of twists and doubts. I'd love to hear back from you if you have the time! Thanks! Patty

Check it out. I recommend Head Full of Ghosts as a book all teachers of tweens & teens should read. It gets something about kids this age that popped for me in a way nothing else has. Did you realize your book was one of the "best books for teachers not written for teachers"? https://www.middleweb.com/43211/reading-books-not-written-for-educators/
