Regine Abel
Regine Abel asked C.H. Clepitt:

When starting a new book, do you fully outline the story first or do you let the story/characters guide you where they choose?

C.H. Clepitt There's no point outlining the story, the characters do what they want anyway! You can try and guide them in a direction, but if they don't like it, they sulk, and that's when writers' block happens. Best just setting it up and leaving them to it!
