That's what got you in trouble in the first place! You have to think of food as something that will help your body thrive and keep you alive. You should respect your body by limiting what you put in it. Ideal food for your body is a very hard thing to really pinpoint since there's such a wide range of "good" and "bad" foods, but I have one simple way of thinking about it. You want to try to stick to things that a caveman had access to.”
