“First step: Change your relationship to food! Stop thinking of food as a fun activity. Stop thinking of food as a socializing thing. Stop thinking of eating food when you're bored or depressed. That's what got you in trouble in the first place! You have to think of food as something that will help your body thrive and keep you alive. You should respect your body by limiting what you put in it.
