“Why is it always the actors? When they reach a certain age and level of fame, they feel compelled to lecture society on who to vote for, which army to support in a foreign war, how to raise your children, the need to inject yourself with an experimental drug for the good of the people? Them and a few cult-controlled musicians. You rarely see a famous painter or a sculptor feeling the need to lecture people in this way. For to speak out on such real topics where the public may need and welcome their voices would mean their instant cancellation, and they would soon lose their precious fame. With the recent decline of respect for actors globally it may be time for the lecturing types to pull those plywood sticks out from their asses.”
