“Mindfulness helps us to live in harmony with our thoughts, words and actions.”

“This world is not what you believed it was – you, humans, are not the ultimate beings who govern over the universe. The world is not only one universe, to begin with. There are seven universes, all filled with hundreds and thousands of galaxies, countless stars, more planets and asteroids… A lot of them, unlike how you humans believed, are populated. There are numerous species both similar and different from you, all with their own views, values, beliefs, joys, and sorrows. So dare not think what you believe in is the ultimate truth of this world, or what you value matters the most. We are different and you should get over with it – there will be people whom you can never agree with. That does not mean, however, that you cannot accept them for who they are, cannot live side by side with them, share their pain and joy, earn their trust and benevolence, and ultimately, lean on their shoulders for support and believe they shall be there whenever you are in need. Remember, my dearest friend – the only truth we all can mutually agree on, and the only force which can unite all of us is the power of the heart, for we, all living beings, have that one thing in common: the power to feel, to care, and to love. As for other things – mindset, views, principles, beliefs, opinions – they are never absolute, so what you think is immoral, might not look so in another person’s eyes. I am sorry, but this is how this world runs.”

“Organizations can't bring peace, for peace begins with the individual - it begins with you. And so long as you rely on these organizations to bring peace in your surroundings, peace shall remain merely an issue for the celebrities to exploit as a means to attract more followers.”

“Reality is not wild or chaos. It is a grand artwork of the existence. Compassion is harmonizing our soul with the grand melody of the existence.”

“The pathos of the human life teaches one that idolatry of the ego is a sham. Only by living in harmonious accord with the entire world can a person distill happiness that flows from cultivating a state of mindfulness.”

“As a scientist who deals with the deepest secrets of human mind, I know very well that global harmony is something that cannot be truly achieved in a few millennia. Yet it is the most glorious cause worth fighting for as a true sapiens. And I shall keep working for it relentlessly through thousands of generations yet to come.”

“Harmony gives us the greatest wealth
We are all old and wise enough to understand that our golden times begin when we experience inner peace, can live with a relaxed mind and enjoy good health. During such a period, everything seems to go according to plan or even better than we could have hoped. Happiness smiles upon us, we know how to handle almost every situation and we need less time to doubt ourselves before making a decision. Every positive action is followed by an encouraging reaction, and even unexpected problems can be resolved with joy, confidence and common sense. An optimist sees a stone on the path as a step towards a higher level, while a pessimist sees the same stone as an obstacle that could cause a fall. The difference is not found in the stone, but in the way we choose to deal with it. When we feel happy and emotionally balanced, we naturally share that feeling with the people around us. Our warm smile, positive attitude and open way of communicating show that we face life with confidence. Other people feel comfortable in that positive energy and are pleased to share the joy by talking, laughing and turning even the simplest moments into meaningful memories. Our optimistic influence reveals our character and strengthens our belief that almost every problem has a solution, regardless of how difficult the situation may initially appear. By remaining determined, refusing to give up too quickly and continuing to search for possibilities, a path often appears that we could not see before. Our circle of friends and our social network can also be of great value during this process. Such a network includes people with different experiences, abilities, talents and ways of thinking. Something one person does not understand may be everyday knowledge to someone else. What appears impossible to one person may suddenly become achievable through cooperation. When everyone is willing to share help, knowledge and time with mutual respect and appropriate appreciation for every contribution, solutions can emerge that no individual could have achieved alone. The social harmony and sincere friendship we discover through this connection give us a valuable feeling every day. By giving and receiving, everyone maintains an equal place and the relationship remains balanced. The time and energy we invest are therefore never wasted. We recognise this through the satisfaction it gives us and through the feeling of absence when we are temporarily unable to be online or connected with one another. True wealth does not consist only of money, possessions or success. Our greatest wealth is found in good health, inner peace, trust, friendship and people who are willing to help each other move forward. When we can build, protect and share this wealth together in harmony, we improve not only our own lives, but also the lives of everyone connected to us.

“The agony of infinite despair and self-destructive emotions consumed my egocentric flesh and bones, while the furious flame of selfless love for the entire world purifies my sooty soul of all its grievous sins. I can now connect with the great silence of created beings and live in a peaceful manner that is impervious to external commotion of an inherently chaotic world.”

“It is not that difficult to understand and differentiate between our said rights and our assumption that we solely own them. (...)
Your right of self-defense, for instance, firmly stops at your borders. Crossing that line becomes an offense.
Your right to freedom of expression loses its validity at the uttering of hate, discrimination, racism, or lies.
Your basic human rights cease to be an entitlement when you intentionally and forcefully deprive others of theirs.
Even your right to express anger ceases to exist when it turns to violence, whether verbal or physical. (...)
No one is entitled to that which they refuse to others.”

“The nexus between crime and injustice lies in their cyclical, mutually reinforcing relationship, where injustice often breeds crime, and crime perpetuates further injustice. In political science, there can never be sustainable peace without justice and those who seek peace over justice deserve neither.”
