“Be mindful of what you say or post online, whether for social media engagement or financial incentives. Make sure your actions do not betray your country, promote terrorism, constitute treason, or break the law. Avoid ruining your life, your future, or harming your country. Do not violate other people’s rights or privacy. Always choose to do the right thing.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Choose peace and avoid physical conflict or fights at all costs. Even though you may win, some fights are simply not worth it. A single fight could cost you your dignity, pride, freedom, job, family, happiness, peace, reputation, career, or even your life.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Most companies conduct surveys for several reasons, but two stand out. A good company conducts surveys to identify what they are doing wrong so they can fix it. A bad company and its management conduct surveys to see who is complaining or pointing out their mistakes, so they can “fix” the person by firing them. This is why many employees are dismissed for anonymously completing surveys.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“To lovers out there …

The nice thing about being in a relationship is that when you get sick, you always blame your partner, saying they are the one who infected you. You never think you could get sick on your own. Even when you make mistakes, you have someone else to blame and take the blame.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Africa Day is a special occasion to celebrate being African, to recognize the continent’s history, and to look forward to its future. If you are harming, exploiting, or betraying fellow Africans. Abusing, torturing, raping, misleading, murdering, and enslaving fellow Africans. Stealing government money, selling African resources for personal gain, and accepting money to destroy Africa. Stopping and interfering with progress, empowerment, and development in Africa. Makes you a traitor, a sellout, an evil, heartless monster, a disgrace, and not an African.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Criminals have infiltrated government and built political careers. Laws are bent to serve them, while citizens are told to trust the law. A country that is run by criminals . Law abiding people suffer and pay the price.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“The playbook of invasion is to fracture a nation from within, destabilize it, force regime change, and install puppet leadership. It targets the most vulnerable, weak minded,  clueless, not so smart and those who lack critical thinking. Those who are driven by resentment, racism,  ego, and a hunger for recognition and turns them into weapons against their own people. Through manipulation, misinformation, propaganda, empty promises, indoctrination, and incentives, they are pushed to spread chaos, betray their country, and erode stability from the inside. It is because In the end, the greatest victory is not won on the battlefield. It is achieved when a nation is torn apart by its own people.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“How do you expect politicians to fight illegal immigration when they are deeply dependent on it? When their campaigns and party funding are supported by undocumented immigrants.
When their rallies and stadiums are filled with them to create the image of mass support.
When campaign posters across cities are put up by them.
When a large portion of their votes allegedly come from individuals given false identification.
When they are used as rented crowds for court appearances and media events.
When they are mobilized for protests, sometimes escalating into unrest to push political agendas. When, in extreme claims, even acts of intimidation or violence are attributed to them.
In many of these cases, they are used to do the work politicians would rather avoid doing themselves. So, how can anyone reasonably expect politicians to take a strong stand against something from which they benefit?”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Our government officials have developed a troubling habit of expecting payment from citizens just to do their jobs. Jobs that they are already hired and paid by the state to perform. Nothing gets done unless money changes hands. And once paid, some officials will act, regardless of whether what they are doing is right or wrong.

As citizens, many have come to accept this as normal. That if you need help, you must pay, or you will be ignored. This acceptance has created an environment ripe for abuse. Now, criminals are exploiting the same system. Instead of paying officials to act, they pay them not to act. Buying silence, protection, and even cooperation in criminal activities.

This is how we have arrived at where we are today. Many departments and institutions are perceived to be compromised, with ties, direct or indirect, to criminal networks. Criminals operate with growing confidence, believing they have protection from within the very system meant to stop them.
And yet, despite all of this, the same government asks citizens to trust the system and let the law take its course, even as corruption appears widespread.

How can people be expected to trust a system that seems to be working against them rather than for them?”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Across the world, every country has one thing in common, and that is bad politicians and government. In many places, citizens constantly complain about them, viewing politicians as part of the problem instead of the solution. Governments sometimes appear complicit in making people’s lives more difficult. I often ask myself why those in power fight so hard against progress, empowerment, and the development of their own people. Why would any government oppress the very citizens it is meant to serve?”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Choose not to be ashamed of your hustle, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem, as long as it puts food on the table. We live in a world where some people have made it their mission to shame, embarrass, humiliate, and mock those who are trying their best despite their struggles. They aim to discourage others so they can continue suffering, while making themselves feel better, boasting that they are somehow superior and better.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“The most dangerous kind of stupidity is the kind that convinces you that you are cleverer than everyone else. Making you think you are playing people, and they can't see through you.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Someday, you will understand why it was free.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Your money means very little if your health is poor. You may become wealthy enough to afford anything, yet be unable to enjoy it because it harms your body. Food will no longer be about pleasure. It will become something you consume to survive. Please take good care of your health now, so you can continue to enjoy life simplest pleasures, like the taste of good food.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“World leaders, global icons, role models, celebrities, presidents, politicians, and other influential figures often avoid speaking about or involving themselves in issues that truly affect people. They are all selfish, greedy, uncaring, and performative. The only time they choose to speak is when a situation begins to impact their plans, income, or financial interests. Especially when their funders or handlers start to complain. That is when they suddenly become vocal.
Even then, they are not addressing the issues, but they are securing the bag for themselves. They are driven by hunger for profit and greed, not by the urgency of real problems. People can be trafficked, massacred, bombed, enslaved, genocided, poisoned, tortured, abused, killed, or kidnapped, yet these issues are often ignored unless they threaten their financial gain. They rarely take action unless it affects their money.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Our leaders, who were chosen by us to represent and serve us, have failed us. They become angry and defensive when we peacefully ask them to take accountability. They feel insulted and targeted when we question their lack of action and poor service delivery. When they do respond, they resort to violence, intimidation, and threats instead of fulfilling their responsibilities. They choose not to do their job but instead fight us when we ask them to.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“For any law an immigrant breaks or any crime they commit, there is a local enabler. Most of the time, that enabler is the government, NGO or politicians.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Certain leaders and politicians intentionally maintain conditions of poverty and hardship to secure their own power. Instead of implementing lasting solutions, they exploit people’s struggles by offering temporary relief such as food parcels in exchange for votes and loyalty. This cycle of dependency prevents meaningful progress and keeps communities trapped. They deliberately engineer poverty to keep people poor, unskilled, and uneducated.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Giving up means you are offering something. Most of the time, what you are offering is your power. If you don’t give up, it means you still hold that power. The enemy or evil has no power over you. The only way it can defeat you is by making you believe there is no hope, that it is pointless to fight or stand your ground, that it doesn’t matter, and that it is not worth it. It only wins when you start believing those thoughts. You have the power. The moment you give up is the moment you lose, because you are handing your power over.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“The truth offends foolish people because they are always too busy deceiving themselves. They think insults, slander, and vulgarity are intelligence, and believe rudeness, meanness, and vileness are signs of strength and power.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“A problem with us South Africans is our lack of integrity and patriotism. Some of us will do anything for money, even selling out our own country and turning against our fellow citizens. Then the biggest problem with our South African government, besides being corrupt, is the failure to consistently put South Africans first. It is anti-South African, fighting its own citizens and working against the interests of its own citizens while failing to uphold the law.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“In every workplace, there are two kinds of people. Those who sacrifice their personal lives for work, and those who sacrifice work for their personal lives. Some adjust their personal lives to accommodate their work, while others make adjustments in their work to accommodate their personal lives.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Labeling people who raise serious concerns, rather than listening to them, is unfair. It implies that you are privileged, unable to relate, part of the problem, benefiting from it, or simply foolish.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Mainstream media outlets and journalists act as agents of darkness, spreading fear and misinformation to please those in power. Their role is to serve the wealthy and help them maintain control over the less privileged. There is little to no fair, accurate, investigative, or factual reporting. Instead, reporting is often biased and misleading, designed to protect the interests of the rich while promoting the ideologies and agendas of those with greater influence.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“If someone says something that is untrue or incorrect, and later they are presented with facts and the truth yet still refuse to correct their statement, it suggests that their original claim was made deliberately. In other words, they were aware of the truth but chose to lie in order to promote a particular narrative or agenda. They have a bad motive or intention.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“I work hard, and I am often busy. When I am off. I would prefer not to spend my limited free time arguing or fighting. I want to spend my free time enjoying my life.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“The reason most people are wealthy is not that they are smart or hardworking individuals, but it is because they are heartless criminals who are willing to do anything to anyone to secure their financial gain. The sweat, tears, and blood of poor people contribute to their wealth.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“Many of us struggle financially, or we are poor, because we choose to uphold the law, our integrity, principles, values, and morals. Not because we are lazy, lack intelligence, and lack work ethic.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“To lovers out there …

Real love is built not by avoiding conflict, but by overcoming it together. Don't let your judgment be clouded by anger, ego, or temporary emotions. The right person for you is not someone who never disagrees with you, but it is someone who chooses to be with you and grow with you despite your differences.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos

“African presidents and governments have failed to take care of their own people. They have failed to create opportunities, empower citizens, and provide sufficient jobs. They have also failed to uplift and support the youth, reduce poverty, combat crime, and develop critical infrastructure. In many countries, service delivery remains poor, while the healthcare and education systems are in a troubling state. Millions of people continue to struggle and suffer, living in poverty within their own countries. When you say we should open borders, how can governments effectively take care of people from other countries when they have not yet managed to care for their own citizens adequately? Open borders are going to lead to higher levels of poverty, corruption, crime, and further strain on already dysfunctional systems.”
De philosopher DJ Kyos
