I just can't find a book that grabs my interest right away. Divergent is suppose to be good but I just couldn't get into it (saving it for later.) I barely dragged through The Winter Sea. I love movies, music and theater. I loved going to see a few Broadway shows. Living in Wisconsin, that was a one time trip. My son works in live the I love movies, music and theater. I loved going to see a few Broadway shows. Living in Wisconsin, that was a one time trip. My son works in live theater in Milwaukee, so I still get to see shows. Milwaukee Theater was getting stronger and then the darn pandemic hit. I've lived in the same town for pretty much my whole life. I have 2 adult children, no grand kids (sad face) and my husband of 33 years passed away in 2020 near the beginning of the pandemic. He was my best friend who loved me unconditionally. I miss him everyday. I worked in healthcare for 40 years. I did the hands on patient car from the age of 18. I love taking care of people. My husband and kids and I always had 2 dogs. The last one died almost 10 years ago at age 17. I have 3 cats now. They definitely aren't like my dogs. We did a small amount of traveling in the US. Nashville, California, South Dakota, Florida, New York and Las Vegas. We had a camping trailer in central Wisconsin on a small lake. I obviously enjoy books and also like to crochet. I'm not as active as I wish that I could be because of rheumatoid arthritis and crazy nerve problems in my legs from my back. I'm the perfect introvert. I have very few friends and prefer peace and quiet over social situations Well, that's me....more
