There's I'm a young book lover who enjoys reading more than anything else. I always preferred to read at night-time under the covers with a light on. There's something about night-time that always feels kind of magical, which makes it the perfect time to read for me. Also, when I finish a good book and go to sleep afterwards, it's one of the sweetest things in the world. In this case, I need time to recover, which means quietly sob for a while until I calm myself down and can fall asleep.
You should know that I have a bad case of bookish OCD. Broken spines, books in a series on my shelves that aren't the same height and/or don't have matching covers, bent covers... it all just makes me cringe. Also, I'm awfully bad at keeping it short. If you ask me something, you'll probably end up getting an essay as answer. You've been warned....more

This is my favourite Sarah Dessen book (well equal fave with Just Listen) -- all Dessen books have romance, but it's usually not the main focus and while you know who the characters are going to end up with it takes them a while to get there. They're not tripping over themselves to make out with each other or anything.
