No Turning Back question

I didn't mind who she ended up with until the epilogue. That just killed me the image of Blane holding her baby girl and the regret there. It was just too sad.

I think this series would have been so much better if she had ended up with Blane after believing Kade dead...with him in reality faking his death and moving into his own series. I haven't read that the author intends to wrap up Blaine's story now that the series is over. I think Kade would be a much more exciting spin off.

Not at all, I am right there with you on this. I love this series, and let me just say that even from the very start I didn't like Blane. There was always just something about him that rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe it was how he was always harping on her to trust him but never really showed any trust in her. Not to mention Blane he rarely actually paid attention to her unless he was trying to sleep with her. I mean for goodness sake he didn't even realized that her boss was making her miserable, and Kade realized the situation at once. I love how even though Kade wanted to hate her he just couldn't. My heart bleeds for him, he is so loyal to his brother yet he finds himself drawn to his brother's girlfriend. I hate how he thinks about all the blood on his hands and how his soul is blackened from everything he has done. Yet I have to day I find him brave and honorable, ridding the world of scum.
I love how although he constantly uses one hand to push Kathleen (Princess!) away yet he seems to trying to hold on tight to her with the other. I love how he is helping turn her into a good investigator and yet is still so protective of her (without being overbearing and smothering like Blane.) I completely adore his dry sense of humor, his smart ass sarcasm, his unquestioning loyalty, and when in rare moments of weakness he lets his true feeling slip through his cool mask of indifference.
Ok, I now I rambled a little there but I couldn't help it. What made you join Team Kade and not Team Blane?

I am #TeamBoth lol! I can tell Blane really loves her, however, he isn't used to having one woman and that probably weighs on him a lot. Although, I think if given the chance; Kade can love her and show her how to be treated the right way!! :)

Honestly, this is the first series EVER that I have no freaking idea who I love more, but after the last book, I'm rooting for Kade (I think), although it's pretty obvious she's going to end up with Blane... And I totally agree with Ashley. The main reason why I'm also Blane's team is probably because she was with him first, but if she had been with Kade first, I would definitely have been 100% his team.

I'm torn. I was very team Blane until the last book. Then I found myself leaning more towards Kade. However, I felt guilty because she was with Blane first!! I just can't decide. I can't wait for the next book!!

I am a total sucker for the "Bad Boy" so I am Team Kade. I love this series and cannot wait for the next book. I do think that ultimately Kathleen's heart belongs to Blane and she is only drawn to Kade because of his mystery.

At first I loved Blane..then the Uncle thing and I was like WTF?? He never ever opened up completely to Kat. I love that Kade hid nothing from her. Told her about his abuse, his history. Blane was always reserved.

I do love Blane for putting Kade first and would love to see Blane have a happy ending.

I am anxiously awaiting Kade's POV which is supposed to be out summer??

I really enjoyed the series and am sad it's over. I'll go back and start again. It will be fun to re-read knowing what I know now.

I read this series twice in 6 months and plan to reread at least once every year (as I do with many series I enjoy). I am completely Team Kade. Like it has been said in other posts, he never held back and opened up more with Kat (Princess) than Blane did. I liked Blane but his continued use of Candi, knowing Kat's feelings, was just inexcusable. I loved the ending and, dare I say, may have shed a tear for all 3 of them. If there was any further extension to this series I would like it to revolve around Blane finally finding someone for himself.
