The Face discussion

Detective Caecilius (Cae) Rex walks into the House of Cards, he was coming down from RESISTANCE. Instead of gambling he was going to meet with Lady Locke to find out about the Face. Redd Richmond was in the other room gambling & Flash Morgan shot Jimmy Wheeler because he was cheating at hold-um. Chief Kendra Nai put Detective Smyth on the case.

Angelica Lane comes aboard to help Cae find the Face who killed his mother. The Face had served 18 months for peddling Atomic Circus. Cae goes back to meet with Lady Locke about the Face & his fee for helping her is for her to supply him with RESISTANCE, THRUST, HOPE; he is hooked on the stuff.

Andre Lutz, Maigret Zeus (Mai; chief cashier) & Croop the robot watch over an exotic cat Cara who is P/G. Cae is supposed to guard the cat while it is on display to selective guests. Redd Richmond & Flash Morgan are in attendance. Flash with quite a confrontation is taken into custody. Angelica has a list of names: Joseph Grant, Ross Holly & Jude Wilkes who are in prison that might know where the Face is.

Chief Kendra Nai knows by the surveillance camera Cae is staling drugs out of the evidence room, she suspends him & tells him to get help.
Cae shows Angelica a letter that Lady Locke gave him 2 names Gideon Locke & Damian Jobe. Lady Locke got seriously hurt at the showing of the cat & was taken to the hospital.
Thomas Watt (GRAVITY boy) had saved Angelica at the Circus. He lets the duo know about the messed up robots at Lachrymosa Military Base, & maybe Chief Kendra Nai is really a robot. Croop (robot), is dismantled & Zerafina Xiao (contortionist, Conjurer) is hurt.

Flash Morgan escaped; he killed Joseph Grant, Ross Holly & Jude Wilkes. He also knows about Cae’s mom. Flash is recaptured & put in solitary confinement.

Will the police finally bring the Face down? Will Cae get help with his drug addiction? Is Redd Richmond or Maigret Zeus involved in more crimes?

Another exciting sequel. Awesome characters, no out of story line sequence, or grammar errors, great characters, never a dull moment from start/finish, suspenseful, mysterious, & paranormal. Maybe a great scifi movie. Another easy 5 star rating.
