General Trainer
People around Ainsley that basically walk around the training center telling you where you can improve on one thing or another. They are not specialized in any field (though personal knowledge might be abundant, they are here for general purpose). You might see them walking around with clip boards, taking notes to add to your personal record. They stand in if someone needs a sparring partner, or someone race against in the obstacle course, or maybe even to give instruction on the climbing wall.


Element Specialist
These are more spiritual people, whose methods align closely with broadening the mind, relaxation, and mental capabilities. They are most certainly not physical experts, but people recruited into Ainsley for the purpose of strengthening people's connections to their elements.

Kitchen Staff
What the name implies, here to do dishes, make food, and clean.

Janitor
People who clean the dorms, and other kinds of maintenance around the Academy.

Weaponry Master

Swimming Instructor

Personal Trainer
Specialized instructors you are assigned as a result of winning an award in a competition, after first being evaluated to see which of them you might need.

Mental Health Technician
People who evaluate mental health, sort of like therapists except they are not guaranteed to help. They basically are studying the effects of the Gauntlet on civilians, to best figure out to change the training to benefit students in the future.

Healer
They work in the infirmary, it's sort of a family trade, knowledge of healers passed down from generation to generation.

Note these positions are first-come-first-served. There can be multiple charries for certain positions, such as MHTs, personal trainers, general trainers, etc. So don't be afraid to submit for a position that someone else already has, multiple charries can work the same title.

Also note that you cannot reserve any certain position -- the only type of reservation that can be held is when your character submission idea is approved.
