Betty, thanks for the reminder of a great song! I'd almost forgotten The Mamas and the Papas, and "Monday, Monday." I had to stop and listen to it and add it to my playlist!
I have 3 books chosen for the categories given, and started reading the first. Looking forward to the rest of the list :-)
Rainy in South Louisiana (as it often is!) so lots of time to read. I am enjoying this group!
MarieBL wrote: Rainy in South Louisiana (as it often is!) so lots of time to read. I am enjoying this group! Hi, neighbor! I'm in Southeast Louisiana, staying up late to read the last chapter of a book for the Spring Challenge. It's taken me longer than I would like because life keeps intervening. But, like Little Orphan Annie I'm singing "Tomorrow, tomorrow! I love ya' tomorrow!" hoping there'll be fewer interruptions so I can finish one more book for the Spring Challenge before I start searching for books on the April Mini Challenge. I love these mini challenges.

I thank you because, although I don't totally get her renovation series, I enjoy a lot her bibliophile series.

Hi Betty, glad to meet a South Louisiana neighbor! I hope you stayed dry in the storm. I mostly slept through it. Now I feel a bit lazy :-) While you were up late reading for the Spring Challenge, I have not even started it yet! Only been in Goodreads (and this great group!) for about a month, and still finding things. I just looked at the Spring Challenge and can't wait to get started on it, probably "Tomorrow, tomorrow," as you said!
First I want to find and post the rest of my choices for April. Thanks, Heather, for the interesting challenges--what fun!

Oh, I could do a whole month on #1... I'm glad now I finished all of March's books, taking until the last evening of March, instead of skipping the last one and moving onto my book for #1. My list is a little romance heavy, but I've done a lot of cozies lately and feel like a good dose of love.#1 - Book about books - Twice Told Tail
#2 - Book w/ a bird - maybe Bird of Paradise
#3 - Book w/ siblings - The Perils of Paulie
#4 - Book by author w/ initials - Purr M for Murder
#5 - Book w/ sky - Bound Together
I could swap books 3 and 5 for each other, as both show a good amount of sky on their covers and each book is part of a series revolving around the male protagonists' siblings.
