the gauntlet discussion

In this thread, you and your group members need to discuss how your charries worked as a team and how their night went. This will determine their rankings -- if you post nothing, we will make it up ourselves, and it will most likely be dismal results.

Include anything here, included but not limited to: injuries, mental breakdowns, one person continuously walking away so they shock themselves or group members, or anyone talking off their wristbands.

Colby is pretty relaxed, she doesn't think the group really needs a leader and would encourage everyone to work together to figure out the clues, especially since she's no genius and would definitely struggle with those clues. But she'd be supportive and the type to congratulate those teammates on a good job when they did something right.

Gillian will work well with the group just as long as no one steps out of line. He won't act like the leader but if someone tries to tell him to do something he doesn't think is right or will work out, he will tell them. He will voice his reasoning, but won't try anything dumb like wandering away from the group.

Audrey will be hanging with the guys, she will be the one to cheer up the group, provide laughs, and maybe some pranks. She is easy-going when it comes to working in a team, but she can turn very competitive if anyone acts like that are better than her, or try to boss her around. She will work with you, but not below you, if that makes any sense at all.

Jax doesn't have any particular amazing skill sets, more brawn than brain but he has general common sense and he tries to use it when it comes in handy. Overall, he's a pretty relaxed guy, missing the competitive streak most seem to have at the Academy. A team player, he's able to bring to the group a genuine concern for the well-being of everyone and he wants to see their group win not for him, but for the others in it. He tries to stay on track but admittedly, he's lacking the drive everyone else seems to have.

Audrey's light hearted nature will probably calm Gillian from overreacting to the situation. He will get along with Jax as they both don't want anyone in the group to get hurt. The group doesn’t have any past bad relationships with each other so I think they will move forward in this scavenger hunt without their bickering getting in the way.

Judah doesn't get alone with people, so he'll probably be fairly silent, but definitely help, just without major communication and appear to be annoyed.

Gillian will notice Judah's slight annoyance with everyone but won't take anything personal. Gillian is caring in nature, even though his serious expression doesn't entirely make him out to be that way, he'll constantly make sure everyone is in range of each other so that no one gets shocked. Gillian's not the fastest runner in the group though, so if running is involved in order to get to one place to the next quickly then he might be the last to reach the spot.

Colby will make sure Gillian keeps up and that the team sticks together, she's all about keeping the team together and working strong

Arkula is like really good with plans, so she might come up with one. But she won't immediately assume a position of leadership. She would get people to play on their strengths, tho
