Undersheriff Sam Harris puts the case in jeopardy by hiding the faxed pages from Quinn and contacting the Ryans. Why did Nick decide to let him keep his job?

I have no idea.

He caused some serious damage, specifically put lives at risk. He deserved to not only be fired but charged.

What was Nick thinking?

He should have been fired. The only possible reason I can come up with is that Nick is going to have a tough recovery and the county still needed someone to run the department.

You’re probably right. I just wanted him to be dealt with differently.

I agree, Anita. But I hated it.

Good question. He should have been charged with obstruction of justice, I agree with Anita, but I'm sure there was someone else would could have done the job better than Harris.
