This is my favourite vegan cookbook at the moment. Almost every recipe has a photo (great quality photos too), they're easy to follow and the sections work well; Breakfast, Quickly, Feasts, Sweet Treats, Cake, Snacks & Sides.
I've made the Quinoa, Sweet Potato & Kale Salad, the Pizza, Jam Biscuits, Cinnamon Buns, adaptations of the Chilli, and Spagetti Bolognese. All delicious so far. This book does seem, for me, to have more delicious sweet stuff than appetising mains so far but I am excited to try a lot more of the recipes. Has anyone else had any experience with this book?
