Of course! You don't have to read any witchcraft if you don't want to. You can read anything related in any way to Halloween, Fall, horror, spooky stories, other paranormal, etc. There might be a prompt or so related to witchcraft, but the prompts are optional and there will be plenty of other different prompts also

Ok so actually I just looked them up, and I've decided that no, webtoons do not count for this readathon. They would be way to hard to verify and check for genres, themes, prompts, page numbers, etc. Sorry!
