I want to participate in this but I don’t want to be made to read any witchcraft books! Can y’all work with me on that?

Of course! You don't have to read any witchcraft if you don't want to. You can read anything related in any way to Halloween, Fall, horror, spooky stories, other paranormal, etc. There might be a prompt or so related to witchcraft, but the prompts are optional and there will be plenty of other different prompts also

Do we gain more than one point by completing more than one prompts? For example, a book with spooky stories and a ghost on the cover gives us one or two points?

can we fulfill multiple prompts with one book? for example could i read Dracula and get points for prompt #6, since it is a classic Halloween book And prompt #12 since I am on team vampire?

Do webtoons also count?

Oh and another question, do books with mythology also count?

Yes! For each prompt you complete you get a point. (2 prompts completed for one book = 2 points)

Hmm I'm gonna say no to mythology unless they specifically are related to Halloween/fall or have things like witches, vampires, etc. in them.

Ok so actually I just looked them up, and I've decided that no, webtoons do not count for this readathon. They would be way to hard to verify and check for genres, themes, prompts, page numbers, etc. Sorry!

I just want to double check and ask if The Grace Year counts for this? It's primarily a dystopia, but it's also categorized as horror and thriller. (I personally wouldn't call it a horror but it definitely does have thriller-y aspects). Anyways, I assume it would count but I wanted to make sure before re-reading. Thanks!!

Yes, you can complete the prompts as many times as you want
