1. Martha Stewart's Cookies: The Very Best Treats to Bake and to Share by Martha Stewart for the prompt a book about a subject you are passionate about. I mean, really, who doesn't love cookies? It's great for a cookbook - there are color photos for every recipe, but sometimes they are on different pages than the recipe. There's also a helpful section in the back with different baking tips and an introduction to different tools you would use to make the fancier cookies included in the book.2. Keeping Lucy by T. Greenwood for the prompt a book from your TBR you meant to read last year. I enjoyed this one, too.
Finished Chickens in the Road: An Adventure in Ordinary Splendor. I normally love memoirs like this, but I was so frustrated with this author!! Not my favorite.
I finally finished ‘The Stolen Kingdom’ by Jillian Boehme. This is a new book that came out at the beginning of this month, and it was a fairly good read.
