I read this book in 2016 and it was a book I found in my school. Might have been released in 2014 through 2016. A girl with her dad and mom moved into a house (might have been a two or three story house and they might have had a dog). She keeps having reoccurring dreams of the house burning down. And the house is haunted by the girl who died there. First time she's there she goes to a grocery story and an old man dropped his carten of milk when he saw her because she resembled a girl he knew that lived in that house years ago, but died in that same house. She died while playing hide and seek, she hid in a box and no one found her until they found her dead corpse. When the house does burn down the ghost scares her into leaving the house so she doesn't die in the fire. Older neighbors also knew the girl the died there and were friends with her. Hopefully this sounds familiar to anyone.
