Introverted But Willing To Discuss Books discussion

In July we had a tree fall on our deck and since last Wednesday, we had a guy and his helper come to the house and build a new deck. It appears they should be completely done tomorrow. THANK GOODNESS! Have you ever experienced this? Someone coming and going in your house that has this vibe that makes you uneasy? I can't say that I don't like the guy but I can't say that I like him either. He just makes my home feel off, almost like an atmosphere violation? I don't know how to describe it but I want to mop the air and everything feels dirty.

@Jeni yes this used to happen to me all the time when I lived closer to the ports on a coastal town. Trees fell everywhere and it was like having a stranger get used to being in my house. It felt odd, but I used a home recipe to make the rooms and air feel cleaner afterwards. I can send it to you if you’d like. I hope the repairs are going well and are done quickly! 🏠

@Drew I would love to have that recipe. I was planning a sage smudge, but I'll take everything I can get. Repairs should have been done today but it's extended one more day. At least I get a weekend break.

I have the Sunday Scaries. I know I have an entire day to relax but instead I am spending it bracing myself for tomorrow when he's back.
