“سَيَمْضي زمانٌ طويلٌ ليصبح حاضرنا ماضيًا مثْلنا
سَنمْضي إلى حتْفنا، أوّلاً، سنُدافع عن شَجرٍ نَرْتَديه

وموتى يموتون كيْ يحملوا الأرض فوق الرّفات
إلى أيْن، يا سيّد البيض، تأخُذُ شعْبي،... وشعْبَك
إلى أيّ هاويةٍ يأخذ الأرض هذا الرّوبوتُ المدجّج بالطّائرات
وحَامِله الطّائرات، إلى أيّ هاويةٍ رحبةٍ تصعدون
لكم ما تشاؤون: رُوما الجديدة، إسْبارطةُ التكنولوجيا
وأيديولوجيا الجنون”
