"Stephen King can be so funny sometimes when he’s just narrating the story but he sucks at writing intentionally funny characters/moments. Richie is funny in the movies, but his character feels underdeveloped on paper, and the other characters laugh at the most random, dry stuff. I feel like a party pooper but bro, the jokes are dry. Also, Stan feels like a side character, which is deeply upsetting💔" — Feb 02, 2026 09:21AM
