“There are people who actively change the course of their own life. They make daring choices that others seldom dream of, then do their utmost to be accountable for their actions and the consequences of those actions.”
― Han Kang, We Do Not Part

“My brother was the giant and I was a gnome. I was all the gnomes. I was way too much. And still, I hadn't been enough.”
― Sarah Timmer Harvey, What I'd Rather Not Think About

“Sommermittag am See

― Max Hermann-Neisse

“The law of sexual assault spins on the wrong axis. A woman’s experience of sexual assault does not fit the male-defined system of truth, so it cannot be truth, and therefore there cannot be justice.”
― Suzie Miller, Prima Facie
