"Week 5 - I’m not going to lie, I def fall into the virtue trap but I don’t think I’ve been self-destructive lately. I’m proud of myself for how I’ve been taking myself on trips & having fun while living alone. When I am surrounded by friends/family I tend to be more self-destructive but I’ve been working on being selective, not surrounding myself w/ ppl just to escape being alone & enjoying my company." — Jun 21, 2026 01:03PM
