Curious as to why the author indicates the “Christian version of Muslim jihad” implying that the Christian’s got the idea from Muslim’s. It does come across biased though I’m sure unintentional. This phrase, I believe should have been omitted entirely, as it adds no benefit to the historical context and even contradicts the author’s own history of events.
