I love that despite him being so hard and a little childish, he’s willing to do what she needs so that he can be with her the way he wants to. He doesn’t make any excuses, even though these things clearly aren’t a part of his normal personality. He’s willing to adapt and grow up for her and I love that for both of them. I didn’t like him at all at the beginning of the book but it’s interesting to see him change to show he wants her. Also because of the situation they’re stuck in currently. I wonder what kind of man he’ll be when they are finally rescued.
