One thing I can’t stand, is when authors use “trigger warnings” for a selling point to the extreme. I think this has become a thing in more recent years with dark romance… If you want to add triggers for those that need them, I think that’s great, sure- maybe necessary for some people. (Also don’t complain about shit in a book if you have access to those trigger warnings) I however, do not think they should be used otherwise. There’s a difference between *tropes* and *triggers* Anyway… I appreciate this note 😊
