Face the problems of this life by focusing on the promises of the next. The future is not as frightening if you know the future. And you can know the future when you know who controls it.
I tend to stress about things I can’t change or control. God doesn’t want us to be anxious for anything or to live in worry and fear about the future. I feel more at peace knowing God is in control.
