This one hurt me. His dad left early on and his grandpa died so hes seeking wisdom at his grave where he ends up talking to his moms new boyfriend. It speaks to how Zay missed fundamental lessons when his dad left. He did what he felt like a man should do; take care of his mom, get his degree, have a successful business, give back to his community but emotionally he was stunted. he didnt get those lessons and had to learn them the best way he could. He was prepared to carry everything because thats what he thought men do and it was weighing him down, but he wasnt going to put it down. Male role models are so important <3
