"Page number is separate for Hebrew Bible, Deuterocanonical, and New Testament sections. This # is in the Apocrypha/Deuterocanonical section.
Finished Esdras (mostly retelling), Prayer of Manasseh, Letter of Jeremiah, and Baruch, Judith, Greek Esther - retake of same story, with some embellishments - good story, but troubling aspects." — Aug 31, 2014 10:57AM

"I am enjoying this, not as entertainment, but as pithy insight and perspective, biblical style. This is so much easier to read than the Hebrew-Christian Bible and so much more rational and sensible. I have also been reading through the entire Hebrew-Christian Bible, having recently finished the entire Hebrew Bible and continuing on. Having familiarity with the much older Bible, I appreciate the biblical format." — Aug 31, 2014 10:53AM

"This is a CD lecture course on the Bible, especially as it relates to western literature, as well what its meaning is a an anthology of religious literature and the various forms and genres within it. It is a nice supplement to my read through the Bible. I have completed Lectures 1-4 (OT through David) L8 Job, and L10 Isaiah." — Aug 31, 2014 10:50AM
