"By page 129, Queen of Roses is finally starting to grow on me. It’s still not amazing, but the story is getting more interesting and I’m enjoying it more than I was before. I’m curious to see where it goes from here. I’m also beginning to understand the characters a little more, which makes their interactions more interesting. There’s still plenty that hasn’t grabbed me yet, but at least now I’m reading with genuine" — Sep 21, 2026 04:49AM

"Corrupt is painfully overrated; unbearable characters, shallow writing, and forced darkness made this a frustrating, exhausting, disappointing read and I genuinely regret reading this; the characters are insufferable, the plot feels hollow, and nothing delivers any real impact.
This book tries to be edgy and dark but ends up cringey; I couldn’t stand a single character here.
I don’t understand the hype" — Apr 22, 2026 10:11PM
