"This book takes time to read. It is not physically a big book, there are roughly 300 pages. It takes a long time to read because with every flip of a page comes 20 minutes of reflection trying comprehend and reflect on his teachings. I’ve read this book at a slower pace because the contents it holds can be very overwhelming.
