يا بني اذا اردت ان تعيش حياة ناجحة فلا تشرب سوي الماء الطازج
ولا تأكل الا الطعام الجيد
ولا تركب غير الجمل الاصيل الممتاز
فرد الابن قائلا :
يا ابي كيف يستطيع رجل فثير مثلي ان يفعل ما طلبت ؟
قال الاب
تحمل العطش الي النهاية عندئذ كل ماء يصبح طازجا
ولا تأكل قبل ان يعضك الجوع بقسوة عندئذ يصبح كل طعام شهيا
وامش الي جوار الجمل حتي يهدك التعب فاذا ركبت اي جمل سيكون اصيلا ممتازا”

20. You may abandon your own body but you must preserve your honour.
