الخطوبة هي الفترة التي يقضيها كيس الخضراوات المجمدة مع كيس اللحم المجمد بعد خروجهما من الفريزر حتى يذوب الثلج , ويبدأ الاندماج الحقيقي عندما يصبحان في إناء واحد مح "حبة " ملح وفلفل على نار هادئة .”
