I disagree. Layla didn't just criticize an idea, she belittled an employee and in front of pretty much everyone. She refuses to entertain any idea that isn't hers. The "accidental" use of "I" and then switching to "we" when talking about the extremely antiquated plan wasn't accidental, either. She really really wants Thatcher to know the ideas were really hers. Plus, being touchy-feely to her boss during the meeting was not exactly professional, even if they are friends and the thinly veiled plan to get him to herself for a couple weeks was very transparent. She strikes me as a narcisist, not a good boss, and definitely not a great boss.
