“I remember a couple of fun moments with Rick and Danielle. On one occasion, after smoking a lot of hashish, the sweetest thing happened. I was yawning and sort of stretching and, with my arms fully extended, a small bird flew down and landed on my index finger. What a bold move for such a little creature. And it just stayed for a long time. Any encounter like that is always one of those times when people either say or think, “Awwwww.”
