It’s what you do when you’ve experienced the worst of the worst. You seek out people like you…people worse off than you…and you use them to make yourself feel better about the terrible things that have happened to you.
I read this book in one day. The first chapter grabbed me and handed me over to the intrigue woven into every word brilliantly written to create this world I could not leave. The story flows as a psychological thriller, with Colleen Hoover's writing style and character development you become invested in each of these characters lives. The ending left me stunned. This is, so far, my favorite book of 2019!
